मित्रों हम सभी को अच्छे से पता हैं की मन सारी स्थूल और सूक्ष्म इन्द्रियों का राजा है। जिसने पूरे शरीर रूपी महल को अपने वश में किया हैं, लेकिन मन की तीव्रता और इसकी शक्ती अति बलशाली और हठी हैं। मन पर चर्चा ही मन का मंथन माना जायेगा की आखिरकार ये मन है क्या और लोग इतना अधिक इसे लेकर चर्चा और नियंत्रित क्यों करना चाहते हैं। जी दोस्तो आज का ब्लॉग मन और इसके मनमानी पे।  मन कोई ठोस वस्तु नही हैं की आप इसे देखकर इसकी तिब्रता की दिशा बदल दे। बल्की यह सिर्फ और सिर्फ बुद्धि द्वारा नियंत्रित इंद्रिय हैं।  ये तो हो गई मन का स्वभाव की बात। अब बात करते हैं की आखिर इसका कंट्रोल क्या हैं और अगर यह इसी तरह मनमानी करता रहा तो इसका बुरा परिणाम क्या हो सकता हैं। अच्छा उदाहरार्थ कैसे की व्यक्ति को बिच्छू काट लें तो उसका विष कितना चढ़ता हैं और लहर लहर कर उसे दुख पहुंचता हैं। ठीक वैसे हैं मन मतलब मान लो की एक बंदर को बिच्छू ने डंक मार दिया हो, अब बंदर पहले ही इतना चंचल और बिच्छू डंक मरने के बाद तो उसकी चंचलता का कहना ही क्या और उसमे भी यदि उसे दारू पीला दी जय। तब तो चंचलता की सारी सीमा लांघ जायेगा। ...
